Do I need to be over 16 to become a Care Support Worker?
Yes, the minimum age to be a Care Support Worker is 16.
Do I need qualifications to be a Care Support Worker?
Qualifications are not required.
What is the minimum hours I can do per week?
The minimum hours you could do is 25 hours per week.
Can I only work week-ends?
Yes, we do offer week-end work only.

Rates will be discussed at the interview.
Can I be a carer for my relatives?
Because of a conflict of interest, we advise relatives not to be part of the Care team.
Are uniforms provided?
We provide uniforms free of charge.
Which area do you cover?
We cover the Bromley area (Penge, Beckenham, West Wickham, Grove Park, Mottingham) Orpington, Biggin Hill, Keston, Chesfield, Dartford.
Will I still be allowed to work if I have a criminal record?
Having a criminal record will not necessary bar you from working with us. This depends on the nature of the position and the circumstances and background of your offences.
